Ajay M. Pangarkar CMA, CDTP

Ajay Pangarkar combines his finance, strategy, and adult education background for Fortune 500 organizations, such as Apple, Pfizer, and IATA, who seek out his knowledge and experience. Under his leadership, CentralKnowledge was recognized for the Learning Content Management Project of the year 2008 with Training Magazine’s Technology in Action award for its assessment management implementation with Apple Inc.

His focus is ensuring organizational training investments deliver tangible business results. As a result, Ajay has become a world renowned workplace performance strategist and foremost authority on integrating employee performance strategies into the Balanced Scorecard. He is sought after to develop the business acumen skills for trainers and is an industry-recognized speaker on strategic employee development and employee assessment.

Ajay, along with his partner Teresa Kirkwood, are published authors with John Wiley & Sons recently publishing their third book titled, “The Trainers Balanced Scorecard: A Complete Resource for Linking Learning and Growth to Organizational Strategy" (March 2009). Other recent books include “The Trainers Portable Mentor” (June 2008) and "Building Business Acumen for Trainers: Skills to Empower the Learning Function" (2006) (John Wiley & Sons).

Ajay is actively involved in the workplace learning community currently serving as the Vice Chair for the Canadian Society for Training and Development’s National Board of Directors.

 

Teresa Kirkwood, CTDP

Teresa Kirkwood, CTDP Vice President Operations, Performance Strategist Teresa Kirkwood is founder and Vice President, Operations of CentralKnowledge and president of LearningSourceOnline.com, CentralKnowledge’s e-learning division. Teresa’s focus is making training relevant to employees and organizations. She, along with her partner, develops training infrastructures and solutions that contribute directly to strategic objectives. Teresa is one of the leading learning strategists in the world and is fully involved in building result-driven learning solutions

Teresa is a founding member and past Vice Chair for one of the fastest growing chapters of the Canadian Society for Training and Development (CSTD), Quebec chapter, and is involved in many national level committees. Teresa recently received CSTD’s industry-recognized Certified Training & Development Professional designation. She also serves on the boards and committees of various national training and community organizations.
